Prior to joining UK CEED in July 2010, Kim Thompson worked for MITIE Scotgate with many different roles including Receptionist, Legal Assistant, Engineering Coordinator, and PA to the Directing Manager. She was also responsible for MITIE’s marketing on the engineering, water and management side.
Kim is the Administration Manager for the Eco Innovation Centre. The Centre is an incubation centre that aims to help businesses in the environmental sector. The Centre offers a wide range of services from virtual tenancy, meeting rooms, serviced offices, free business seminars and web hosting.
Kim is working on a number of projects to ensure that business growth in Peterborough is successful and that business support is available to all. Kim also ensures that the Centre is run smoothly by coordinating events and meeting room management and ensures that all staff are trained in order to provide a professional image and service.
